We offer a 30 day money back guarantee if you are unsatisfied with one of our Nitewalker Bass Guitar Tube Preamps for any reason. The only condition of this money back guarantee is that you send us a picture of your Bass Guitar and Amplifier, as recommended in the requirements section, and a receipt showing that you tried a set of D'Addario Nickel Wound Bass Guitar Strings. The tube is not covered by this guarantee. Return postage is the responsibility of the end-user purchaser. Simply contact our store to receive instructions on returning your purchase. Shipping Policies The shipping rate for each preamp shipped to US destinations is $15.15. This is USPS Flat Rate Shipping. For all US destinations optional insurance costs $13.15 per unit shipped.
